Scheduling is based on the sequence of submissions. Terms and Conditions apply as per the Service Rate Policy and Scheduling Policy and Privacy Policy on the website.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to connect with you. It may often be earlier but we'd rather a buffer to work with you efficiently.

Please use this new form to complete payment, by credit/debit card, for any outstanding balance/s.

Just want advice? You can use the Information Only form below but please realize you won't be in line for scheduling and there may be a reply delay due to the always increasing number of service requests, but we will do our best to reply as soon as we can.

Inspections Only

All inspections do not include any materials used if service is provided at time of inspection or after.

Any time required for service after inspection, whether at time of inspection or on a return service call,
is an additional cost to that of the inspection.

Allow 2 to 3 days for completion of your report.
Please note that Levels 2, 3, 4 and 7 do not include a propane inspection. In addition it's good to know time requirements; Levels 5 & 6 require most of the day.

It should be noted that most of the time required for an inspection is the time required to compile the report for a client
it is a detailed report.

Level 1 - Propane Only Inspection - $550 - Provides a full and thorough TSSA recognized propane inspection and report. Tags are applied as per the results of the inspection. - Note that if the inspection is a fail then we will have to service/replace what has failed before we can give it a pass. - This can include detectors/alarms, extinguisher, regulators, pigtails and/or any propane related components. Any such service time and/or part replacements are an additional cost to that of the inspection itself.
Level 2 - $375 - Roof Only and report.
Level 3 - $450 - A thorough visual inspection only of the unit interior, exterior and roof (tire inspection where applicable) and report.
Level 4 - $650- Includes Level 3 plus plumbing, electrical tests (where possible), moisture readings, mold detection, rodent entry potential and report.
Level 5 - $1150 - Level 4 plus a full TSSA recognized propane inspection and report.
Level 6 - $1650 - Level 5 plus a full scale positive pressure test only; accurately reveals any exterior leaks locations and all reports.
Level 7 - $750 - Positive test only and report.

Pre-sale - Pre-Purchase options

Custom Level 1 - $550 - A thorough visual inspection of the unit exterior, as well as interior inspection, moisture readings and mold detection, as best possible, and subsequent report. Does not include the roof, plumbing and/or electrical systems.
Custom Level 2 - $900- Includes Custom Level 1 plus inspection of the roof and subsequent report.
- Roof inspections also include moisture readings, where possible, of the content underneath the roof substrate.
Custom Level 3 - $1050- Includes Custom Levels 1 & 2 plus a complete propane inspection subsequent report.

Opening Only Requests

Remember to bring your battery back with you.

We will use one of our backup batteries to complete the opening.

Level 1 - Pull-along and 5th Wheel - $160
Includes: Power and water reconnections, extension of all slides, flushing of all plumbing lines, ensuring that water heater and furnace will engage, ensuring that, upon completion, water is left turned off, propane tanks are left closed and rv locked up.
Level 2 - Pull-along and 5th Wheel - $235 - Includes Level 1 and a visual inspection of the roof and exterior seals and underbelly, then locking up upon completion.

Level 3 - Park model - $185
Includes: Power and water reconnections, extension of all slides, flushing of all plumbing lines, ensuring that water heater and furnace will engage, ensuring that, upon completion, water is left turned off, propane tanks are left closed and rv locked up.
Level 4 - Park model - $260 - Includes Level 3 and a visual inspection of the roof and exterior seals and underbelly, then locking up upon completion.

Level 5 - Removal of RV designed Cover - an additional $75 - Add to one of the above levels
Level 6 - Water Heater/Plumbing System Shock & Flush $175 - 1 additional hour required - When the plumbing system releases a foul smell during use it is best to have us shock and flush the water heater and complete plumbing system. This helps to remove bacteria that has built up in the system. It is usually an hour to complete.

Winterizing Only

Remember to take you battery home with you and charge over the winter.

Level 1 - Pull-along and 5th Wheel - $160
Includes: Winterizing of all plumbing lines, ensuring all windows and/or roof vents are closed, retraction of all slides, power and water disconnect and storage of such in your RV storage compartment, and then locking up upon completion.

Level 2 - Pull-along and 5th Wheel - $235 - Includes Level 1 and a visual inspection of the roof and exterior seals and underbelly, then locking up upon completion.

Level 3 - Park model - $185
Includes: Winterizing of all plumbing lines, ensuring all windows and/or roof vents are closed, retraction of all slides, power and water disconnect and storage of such in your RV storage compartment and then locking up upon completion.
Level 4 - Park model - $260 - Includes Level 3 and a visual inspection of the roof and exterior seals and underbelly, then locking up upon completion.

Level 5 - Application of RV designed Cover - an additional $85 - Add to one of the above levels - NO Tarps
